Gin Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’

STYLE: Gin ABV: 44% Origin: Salcombe, South Devon

A harmonious balance of fresh citrus and piney juniper with warm spicy notes from cinnamon and coriander seeds. Subtle floral notes comes from the camomile flowers. Rich and full in the mouth with juniper and fresh ruby red grapefruit on the fore followed by layers of warming citrus spice from English coriander seed and cubeb. Subtle savoury tones from bay leaf, balanced by a touch sweetness from liquourice root

The 450L copper pot still ‘Provident’ is named after the Brixham sailing trawler that was the founding vessel of the Island Cruising Club in Salcombe which once stood on the site of the distillery
