STYLE: Premium, sweet & floral mixer

Origin: United Kingdom, Italy We've chosen a couple of delicious varieties from the iconic wine-making Veneto region in the northeast of Italy. They are grown in Treviso, an area famed for these special grapes, which are usually reserved for prosecco production. These grapes are high in acidity and sugar resulting in a slightly aromatic palate and are smaller than a usual table grape, with green skins and a tart flavour. The grapes are handpicked from vines that are grown unusually high off the ground due to a unique growing technique that dates back to the 19th Century.

A white grape base pairs perfectly with sweet apricot top notes and a complex herbaceous finish, which is fantastic with vermouths and Italian bitters for a light and fruity summer spritz.

Origin: United Kingdom, Although both are citrus fruits, the Tahiti limes we source from Mexico and the Japanese yuzu yield noticeably different flavours. We selected this variety of lime for its superior taste profile that balances its signature sharp tang with a delicate sweetness. The yuzu fruit from Japan is renowned the world-over for its incredibly floral flavour and it adds a wonderful lightness to the Mexican Lime Soda.

Country of Origin: Austria

The winery is energy neutral, producing energy from their Biogas plant and a Photovoltaic system which produces more energy than is required. The grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel tank with selected yeasts for 15 to 25 days at controlled temperatures which get warmer the nearer they get to the end of fermentation. There is no malolactic fermentation but the wine benefits from 8 weeks of lees contact. Gentle fining and cold stabilisation. Abundant white peach, apricot compôte and white floral notes leap from the glass, with juicy ripe fruit on the palate and beautifully clean, precise acidity through to the finish.

A versatile and immensely appealing Riesling, which pairs well with pasta, roast chicken, seabass or fresh asparagus.
