Full, warming. Stone fruits, dried peels, a hint of aniseed.

Perfect with cola, or ginger ale with lashings of ice and a squeeze of lime

It is named after Henry Morgan, a Welsh man who travelled to the West Indies and became a legal pirate and Govener of Jamaica.
