STYLE: London Dry ABV: 42% Origin: Edinburgh

Garnish with pink grapefruit…no lemon or lime please, there’s enough distilled in the gin! Fresh, crisp pine derived from the juniper, lightened with fennel & citrus notes.

Classic, but with a huge depth of flavour – velvety, weighty mouthfeel. A strong finish with lingering spice.

Fevertree Indian Tonic Water and a pink grapefruit wedge.
