King’s Ginger

The King’s Ginger is made for Berry Bros. & Rudd in Schiedam, Holland by a 300 year old family owned business and largest producer of cocktail liqueurs in the world.

The King’s Ginger was specially commissioned for King Edward VII who granted Berry Bros. & Rudd their first Royal Warrant.

The ginger is then macerated in a ground tank with neutral spirit for 4 weeks.

Clear-ish, orange/brown haze

An instantly warming aroma of ginger, zesty lemon, sherbet and golden syrup.

Lemon oil distillate, made by steeping lemon oil in water and neutral spirit, is then added to ginger.

Initial sweetness followed by bite of ginger and lemon tart. Deliciously satisfying and warming mouthfeel.
