Marne means Marl which is the type of stony soil the vines grow in and 180 is the degrees of exposure the vineyards have to the sun. The grapes for this Amarone wine are dried for 4 months before gentle pressing to release the juice for fermentation. Suitable for Vegetarian and Vegan diets.
