Soft aromas of red berries and cherries

Drink on its own or with a wide range of light foods including firm fish, meats and pasta. Can be served chilled (8-10 C) Off-Dry (6 gm residual sugar) with expressive red fruit, low tannins and a lingering finish.

Germany is the world’s third largest producer of Pinot Noir; the grape loves warm spots in cooler climates, so is eminently suited to growing in most of the country's regions. Its varietal name there is Spätburgunder.
